About Dave Kinnoin

Dave Kinnoin is one of the hardest-working artists in the children's music business. As a Recording Artist on Song Wizard Records, he tours nationally to rave reviews and holds the coveted Parents' Choice Gold Award.

Dave Kinnoin the Songwriter consistently creates new and innovative material for a long list of family entertainment and educational companies. He's written hundreds of songs for Disney, Henson, Sesame Workshop, and dozens of other entertainment and educational companies.

Dave Kinnoin the Philanthropist donates his time to a variety of charitable organizations: One Small House — board member, Director of Mexico, and active participant in helping impoverished families build homes, health clinics, women's shelters, and orphanages; The Jeffrey Foundation — donating a portion of his recording royalties and working with at-risk and special needs children; Edmund D. Edelman Dependency Court's "Comfort for Court Kids" program and Songs of Love Foundation — writing and producing dozens of personalized songs for sick kids. “…veteran singer-songwriter and family man Dave Kinnoin combines his successful career as a children's music artist with a life of volunteerism and giving back.” — Lynne Heffley, Patch.com

One of Dave's most satisfying and ambitious challenges to date is his work with CHARACTER COUNTS!®, a project of the non-profit, nonsectarian Josephson Institute of Ethics and the most widely used character development framework in the nation, reaching millions of young people. Dave wrote, produced, and performed a CD of songs about the Six Pillars of Character® and has developed a live concert presentation around the CD.
